freeWAIS-sf .fmt File Examples

Here there are some examples of .fmt files used by myself to index freeWAIS-sf-2.x and higher databases. For each of them I report:

An extract from the ASCII file used for generating indexed databases
The .fde (description) file, which is optional, but provides some more information about fields definitions
The .fmt (format) file

A preliminary consideration is that .fmt files MUST have the same name of the ASCII file to be indexed.
For example, if the file we want to index is called FOO, the .fmt file name should be named FOO.fmt
Case is important, of course!
