Depending on the "fine tuning" of a query, SFgate sends back the document(s) matching the query in different ways.
A. WITH HEADLINES
If the questions:
are left with the default values, the answer that SFgate sends back is like this:
|
In this case a list of headlines,
one for each document matching the query, is reported.
Each headline is prefixed by an increasing number and by a
checkbox.
One can click on a headline to retrieve the full document or
click on more than a checkbox in order to retrieve two or more
full documents.
In the example below:
|
|
If the answer to the "fine
tuning" question # 3 changes from the default YES
to NO, no checkbox appears near to documents.
In this case one can retrieve documents only once a time
by clicking on their headlines:
|
B. WITHOUT HEADLINES
If the answer to the "fine tuning" question # 2 changes from the default NO to YES, documents matching the query are immediately retrieved in extenso.
